LCWRA
Hi all,
I see alot of posts regarding LCWRA coming to an end.
I was awarded LCWRA in July 22 after a MR was overturned and my award back dated to February 21 which was nice.
In my LCWRA award letter it gives no end date and so far I have not been required to do a reassessment.
is this unusual for an award not to have an end date? Do I simply just wait until it is requested or a reassessment?
also going through the PiP tribunal process at the moment so the last thing I need is extra stress.
Regards

LCWRA does not have an end date like PIP, the award is ongoing until such a time as you are found fit for work (which for most probably won't happen).
Internally at the DWP there will be a date for your next re assessment. However:
1) This date is only a guideline, they can re assess sooner or later
2) Re assessments have been suspended for some time and by now there will be significant backlogs
You don't need to do anything unless you receive a UC50 form in the post, which shouldn't be a surprise as a note will be added to your journal.

ok many thanks for clarifying that for me. I just seem to have seen lots of posts about people loosing their LCWRA .
I can concentrate on my Pip tribunal and put LCWRA out of my mind for the moment.0
