Hi, my name is minnie23! Which benefits will I lose when my partner moves in?

hi I’m currently on esa income related support group , housing benefit , pip and tax credits and child benefit. My partner works 37hrs and moving in soon , am I right in thinking I will lose esa , housing benefit and tax credits?
But still get pip and child benefit ?

Yes you are correct. What you should do is use a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit and make sure to put your partners full details into it.
If you claim UC before your ESA ends and you're in the Support Group then you'll be entitled to the LCWRA element of UC from the start of your claim. The work allowance will also apply because it applies to the claim and not just for you. This means that earnings of up to £404/month will be ignored before deductions apply.
If any part of your ESA is contributions based this will continue but be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
