Can somebody help me please with this I am wondering if I'm owed a payment....Thankyou for your message. LCWRA awarded from effective date of 27/6/24 relevant period applies which is 3 months. So this will be included on your claim in assessment period 27 September to 26 October 2024.

    Hi,

    That looks correct. The three month payment periods are June/July, July/August & August/September. The LCWRA should be included in the September/October period, which will be paid around 1st November.

    There is no backpayment owed because no-one gets paid LCWRA for that first three months.

    If you have access to a journal then you can look back on there to see exactly when you provided your first fit note.

    The extra money isn't paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods from when you provided your first fit note. It's then paid from the 4th month with first payment being the end of that month.
