Food delivery

One of my friends had a box of food delivered this week which had his address on the box but not his name.
He's not a member of this food delivery service and never has been.
He's not sure what to do with it because he dosen't want to join the company just to email them and can't find their phone number to complain.
It's several meals and includes fresh veg and packed meat.
I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Most websites will have a customer service, or other contact email address they could send a message to without having to become a member or pay any money.
