Hi, hope you are well! I'm unsure that can i sue my old school for sen education negligence after 10 years because I became aware as getting older and they are not good suitable for deaf

Cases of negligence are notoriously difficult to bring in SEN – although not totally impossible, though I'm unsure on taking action after ten years.
You would definitely need specialist advice to build such a case and evidence as to what action the LA took or failed to take and the result that caused.
