Yes folks that's right, it's that day you'll either love or hate!

Never has a food been quite so polarising as Marmite, I'm certainly in the love it team and see it as a great comfort food. marmite on toast, cut into triangles, can't beat it. Though sis is a fan of Nigella Lawsons Marmite spaghetti. ❤️

Did you know Marmite can actually be good for your mental health? It's rich in vitamin B, which is great relieving for stress and anxiety and generally keeping your brain ticking along nicely. Plus for those worried about their salt intake, they now do a low salt version, so that'll be on my shopping list next week.

Since Marmites invention back in the 1902 by German scientist Justus von Liebig, it's been used to treat soldiers for B1 deficiency in World War One, anemia in mill workers in Bombay and malnutrition in Sri-Lanka in the 1930s. So it's useful as well as tasty!

So there's a few facts about the brown stuff. No, the other brown stuff, Marmite.

So are you a a fan? Or would you cross the road if you saw a pot coming towards you? Any favorite recipes? Let me know!

    Marmite spaghetti… 😫

I'm not a fan of Marmite, although the rest of my family get through loads of the stuff.

Big fan! I saw some cheese flavoured with marmite in M&S today. I didn't buy any as I am quite capable of making a cheese & marmite sarnie!
