How many points to qualify for lcwra

please can somebody tell me how many points you need in total from all descriptors in order to qualify for LCWRA I’ve heard you need 15 points but is that all added from all the descriptors? Or do you have to have 15 points from one descriptor individually.

Please see this answer I gave recently, to someone asking the same question

It's just one descriptor that's needed for LCWRA. Or substantial risk if none of the descriptors apply.

yes I have that understanding but if one was not to get 15 points in any of descriptors then I read that you can still get lcwra if all the descriptors points added up to 15 points is that correct?

No, that’s not how it works. If none of the descriptors apply for LCWRA and you scored various other points that added up to 15 that would apply to LCW which you can see here.
Theres also substantial risk that applies to LCWRA if none of the descriptors apply.

No, you can only get LCWRA if you get 15 points on one of the specific descriptors, or as Poppy said qualifying under substantial risk.
If outside of those descriptors your points add up to 15+, you would be awarded LCW which means no additional UC money, you'd be expected to do work preparation activities and have a work coach.

Looking at the points for each descriptor it seems like either you get 15 points or you get six points or you get zero points. Is there any in between points or is it either one of the three mentioned for each descriptor?

For LCW each descriptor can score either 0,6,9 or 15. For this you need to score 15 points across any of the descriptors. As advised though, there's no extra money for this.
You need to look at the descriptors for LCWRA because that's what you need for the extra money. It's not about points as such for this, you just need one descriptor or substantial risk. All of this is explained in the first link that was provided above.
