LCWRA and WCA question
Hi, could someone tell me what is happening with these please as from what i think i understand the Gov is making changes to the assessment and are trying to move people over to LCW. And something about scrapping the assessments?
Is this right?
Just trying to work out whether i should be worried or not as we're due to have the assessment (if there is still one) soon as just applied for UC.

Nothing has been confirmed yet and everything you've read or heard is just speculation. More information maybe given in the budget on 30th October.

Yes it's the same, including the form. The only changes are different assessment providers do PIP and work capability assessments. You can find a list of postcodes and who does the assessments here.
