Confused from letter
I got a letter from haverbury saying go on universal credit but try get answer that dwp or HCRC have not got a letter which see here click below
need explain carefully please because of my disability

That letter is not telling you to go on Universal Credit.
It says the Housing Association will help you via the telephone number or email when the DWP ask you to move to Universal Credit.
For now you just have to wait until you get the letter from DWP telling you to migrate to Universal Credit.

Hi @zane, as OverlyAnxious mentions they aren't telling you to migrate to Universal Credit. They are just mentioning that a lot of people are going to be migrated in the next few months and they have a team who are willing to help and advise with the migration process.
They're offering you support for when you do get informed you have to migrate, if you have not yet already.

I guess wait comes bad time since my partner credit card stolen police has not done nothing so far I got more dressed at moment but thanks reply and advise

I'm sorry your partner's card was stolen @zane. Has it been cancelled so no-one else can use it? Hopefully it'll be a quick process to get a replacement card.

hi update I found something that from mirror that they going stop benfits before xmas . I can’t move over until I get a letter from dwp or a phone call so I guess my benefits will stop before xmas . The government don’t care that this should be a slowing progress .
