This appointment is to review your Universal Credit claim, discuss the information you have already provided and for you to provide further evidence.

Make sure you have access to any documents you have already provided during the interview. This will help us to make sure you're getting the right payment.

    This is a review of your claim, perfectly normal because they are reviewing millions of people. If you haven't already been asked for bank statements they will also ask for 4 months and will want ID also.

    That looks like a UC Compliance Check. Lots of us on here have been through one, including myself.

    @poppy123456 i already give them bank statements and I’d now phone appointment Wht els they can ask ???

    It's standard procedure to first submit statements, then have a phone call.

    I was asked a series of questions about possible other sources of money, premium bonds, other accounts etc.

    I was then asked questions about some of the transactions on my bank statements, not all of which made sense to me.

    I have three bank accounts, all of which were declared when I applied for UC.

    I submitted statements for them all.

    I was only asked questions about one account which is my main current account.

    When I was asked about other possible sources of money, I didn't have anything on the list that was read out to me.
