Yes I have to have someone to read and spell everything for me because my phone is only so good at understanding what I am saying but I will check out the link because I need all the help I can get, has I am very frustrated with the whole PIP thing, I how actually going the doctors at the end of the week to see if I can get referred to c if I have ADHD because i lot of people I no think it possible that I have it, so may explain why i getting so annoyed with PIP and the DWP. Also just a question if known for the MR what is the average timeframe and does it depend on if you ring them to asked for MR or if you do it by post. And same with tribunal want is the average timeframe after they receive the appeal.

The MR request should be put in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Timescales are up to 15 weeks.
Tribunal stage can be as long as a year from the date you request it for your hearing. For the best chance of a decision in your favour it's advised to either request a telephone/video hearing or appear in person. Then there's around a 70% success rate.
Paper based hearings have a much less success rate at only between 5-8%.

Thanks that is very helpful. I can start the MR soon. And try my best to give as much detail in to why I should have been awarded some points. I think I most mad about the read bit, I wish I can read/write without help but I can not so bit annoying that she just completely ignored that.

Questions, can I send my mandatory reconsideration in before I get the letter because I got a call Friday for someone at PIP and they said what I already knew that I did not pass, and asked if I wanted they to start the mandatory reconsideration process and I said yes, so he did and I got the text saying it has started, so I guessing I do not need to wait, I can just send it why I disagree with the assessment and my supporting evidence. But not sure about the address - I check my letter I got for PIP when they sent it about having all the information need a couple of weeks ago and the address was Personal Independence payment 1, mail handling Site A, Wolverhampton, WV98 1AA
But I look on line and it said it is - Personal Independence payment, post handling B, Wolverhampton, WV99 1AH
So does everyone know which one I should use.
