What should I get ready for appeal

I've got my appeal coming  up soon and I dunno what to do or where to go I'm completely lost and don't know what to say do get or anything I've never experienced anything like this before and a feel way in over my head

    @Ipokanfdwee You sound like you could do with having someone to help you prepare and to go with you on the day. Do you have any family or friends who could help you? If not can you ring your local Citizen's Advice Bureau? They may be able to help you.
