Hi, my name is james82!
Someone please help I had a tribinal on universal credit I challenged the decision in about November 2023 and my tribinal day was 20th June this year I was awarded LCWRA my lcw may 2023 is set aside my appeal was allowed but iv heard nothing i still get phone calls every 2 weeks from jobcentre iv asked about my lcwra and get the same response every time which is Here is the update I have for you :The appeals process can be lengthy, once the DWP has written a response, it is then submitted to HMCTS (His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service). The timescales for an appeal to be heard can vary based on type of appeal and geographical region. At this stage, should a customer wish to escalate their appeal, they would need to do so by contacting the relevant tribunal centre (England and Wales . The lady much work coach ask me about am I getting any money from back pay how do I know I need help please
