02 phone bill worried
I have spoken with my phone provider and they keep makeing up there own prices I haven't been able to set up a proper payment plan now I can't do so now they have passed on to a debt recovery agency now I'm worried that I'm not been treated fairly I said I can pay moore croft debt recovery I don't know what next step is my life is falling apart

Hey @Stoneybmc that sounds like a bit of a nightmare. What've you tried with the phone company so far? They usually don't pass debts over to a recovery agency unless they've run out of choices. It's worth checking out StepChange's page on phone bill debt, they tend to be really good for information.
If it's been passed over to a debt recovery agency, it could be worth speaking to them and seeing what your options are now?

If O2 have passed it onto the Debt Recovery agency they will no longer be able to help/deal with it as it’s out of their hands now.
You would need to contact the Debt Recovery agency to arrange a payment plan or as advised contact StepChange to see if they can offer any advice or possibly setup a payment plan with you.

Hi I've spoken to moore croft I have pay 401.35 b3for the 28th luckily I get paid th3 23rd and 25th so do u know if it's possible to have my phone contract back please I don't want loose it do u k ow if I can have another direct debit plan set up as I've missed 5 repayment plans I can pay soon

You will need to speak to O2 because your contract could have ended due to missed payments.
