just found out something I didn't even know about myself

About 2 hours ago a lady from the health assessment services rang me for my phone appointment and at one point she said that she had a go report in front of her saying that I have been diagnosed with either a learning disability or difficulty and she asked me what it was and I'd told her that I had no idea what it was as I've been told that I have.
Has anyone else ever found out something about themselves via an appointment with the health assessment services for your LCW/LCWRA that you didn't know about?

I found out I have PTSD after asking for my medical records when applying for PIP! It's never been acknowledged or discussed further. How did you feel finding out that way @BrianMcFaddenFan82?

Hi @BrianMcFaddenFan82 How did you feel about hearing that you had this diagnosis and had not been told anything about it? I hope you are ok. It has not happened to me. Take care.

@Rachel_Scope and @Bluebell21 I was really shocked as I wasn't expecting for the lady from the WCA to tell me that I have either a learning disability or difficulty as it's never been mentioned to me before.
I remember thate ny best friend struggled with our maths during primary and high school as we had support to help us.
I also did the foundation level for my GCSES as I got grades D-G in all of my subjects.
