help with fault Greenpower 500

I found this group while looking for answers to my mobility scooter problems. I found some discussion re Greenpower 500. Is anyone any good at diagnosing faults?

    Hey @Billp, welcome to the community 😊 there are people who use mobility scooters here. I don't know if any members use the same model as you. We can try to help with what the issue might be, could you describe what the issue is a little to help provide some context?

    Hi! You haven't described the essence of the problem. In most cases, there are problems with electrical devices at the connections. Try opening and closing the connectors.
