    Are you asking this because you're claiming benefits? If so then you need to change the address with all departments you claim benefits from. Are you also claiming Adult Disability Payment (ADP)?

    You also need to change your address for other things such as bank account, energy accounts, water and any other bills you have.

    Ive changed all benefits just blue badge and in may i was put on Scottish adult disability now i need to change to p. I. P England ive sent that form off xxxxx

    You don't need to change address for blue badge. It stays as it is until you renew it. When it's time to renew it you just apply with your new Local Authority.
