Hi I made a joint claim today for uc but my assessment period ends today on my single claim am due my statement tomorrow the 25th to view sand also due to be paid on the 30th October so will a still get my single uc payment this time

Entitlement to UC is based on your circumstances on the last day of your assessment period. This means that because you reported changes today then entitlement will be based on your joint claim, not single.
Your statement maybe late because of this. Hopefully your payment (if entitled) will still be made on 30th.
If you had waited until tomorrow to claim then your next payment would have been for a single person.
