Hi @ryandollie123 and welcome to the community. It's impossible for us to say your chances of being awarded as everyone's application is unique. I understand it's a stressful time having to wait for a decision, do you have some support at home?
When you get the decision, if it's not what you wanted you can always ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration and then go on to Tribunal if needs be. It's a daunting prospect but we can support you the whole way through 😊 I had to go all the way to tribunal and personally found it the 'easiest' part as I was listened to by medical professionals.
Keep talking on here and let us know what we can do to help and we will.

Does anyone know if its better to have a paper based assessment?

I dont know…

Paper based assessments mean they had enough of information needed to write the report without needing an assessment. Many people are awarded after a paper based assessment but there are some who are not.

Hopefully I will be awarded
Thank you

hi,
how donu know what ur score has been?0 -
I took the online pip test and ticked the answers what the pip assessment has ticked and that's what I've been scored
But not sure if dwp 100% go with the assesors decision
0 -
So you requested a copy of your pip assessment?
0 -
I Did yes and I've compared my assessment to the pip online test
I had a paper based assessment
But I stil havnt received the final decision yet from dwp

Please be aware that the report is just a recommendation, it's not the decision letter. Although they mostly go with the report, it has been known for them to go against it.
Requesting the report does also cause a lot of increased anxiety, even if the report is in your favour. For this reason it maybe better not to request it and just wait for the decision.
