pip tribunal

So i will make this as short as possible. I was getting standard rate daily living and mobility pip.
my conditions worsened so even though i had two years left on my award, i put a change of circumstances in , this was refused and they awarded me the same points as before, and so was my mandatory reconsideration
i have now submitted a appeal to the tribunal service but am insure if i have correctly detailed what i want to appeal on
basically i have only appealed the parts i feel i should have gotten points for or more points that given . I did not mention the parts that i agreed with and am now panicking thinking i should have.
if any one knows about this could you please offer any advise,
many thanks

That's correct way, you only need to mention where and why you think you should have scored those points.

They will look at the whole claim again anyway. If there’s a risk that you may lose points and any of your existing award they will contact you to warn you before removing points. You will then have the option of continuing at your own risk or cancel the hearing and continue with your existing award.
Are you either appearing in person or having a telephone/video hearing? Either of those will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour.

oh i see that's reassuring, thank you
I did it through their website online form. I have no idea if i have to appear or telephone/video hearing. I just ticked i didnt want to go in person but it doesnt state on the print up what option i have chosen. should i call them to make sure they dont just do a paper hearing?

You can email them and request a telephone hearing. Please do not request a paper based hearing because the success rate of those are exceptionally low.

Hi i have just had the date for the tribunal which is the 17th April, so not long. I did have the CAB help with the reasons i feeel i was awarded the wrong points etc. He strongly feels i was awarded incorrectly . However I will be alone for the video link , well with my mother for suport.
Poppy you mentioned that they would contact me if points were likely to be removed, on the paper work it says they tried to contact me (DWP) but there was no answer . Now i am panicking they were going to te3ll me about removing points or the chance of.
any advise would be great

oh also the man at the CAB said they could call to make me an offer so it wont go to tribunal, maybe that was the reason for the call.
