I am on uc and I receive pip. Can myv18 year claim carers allowance as she cares for me also will it effect my uc will it be deducted?

If they are in full time education then no, they will not be able to claim carers allowance for looking after you.
If they are no longer in full time education and they don't earn more than £151/week, yes they can claim it. Providing no one claims Carers element of UC or carers allowance for looking after you. It will not affect your UC.
Also if they are not in education and they do not work, they can look at claiming UC for theirself. They should report being your carer and their UC will include carers element. Carers allowance will be deducted in full from the UC.
