Hi my name is [Full name removed by moderator] and I’m registered disabled, I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, had cancer 2 years ago and fingers crossed I’ve been clear for 2 years after a Lobectomy and chemo. I also have a slipped disc that’s laying on my sciatic nerve, this has made my disability worse having suffered with it for well over 5yrs. I also have degenerative spine.
