Hello I was awarded lcwra and got the letter on my journal yesterday about underpayment, how long will it take to go into my account

    Does the letter contain confirmation of the amount you are owed?

    Yeah it states how much they are going to pay, but doesn't say when it will be paid

    Okay then I'd expect you to recieve the money imminently, my guess is within 5 working days.

    Hey @emma87, if the underpayment is not a large figure it should be processed fairly quickly. Larger figures, such as above a thousand, can sometimes take a little longer to be processed.

    It is above 1000, I got the letter in journal on Friday
