It is worth adjusting?

It took me forever to receive daily living standard pip. My health issues have worsened since with new diagnosed conditions. Is it worth letting pip know? Will I have to do whole new claim?

Hi, yes I have doctor, hospital diagnosis from examinations and also new machinery I need to use for my breathing at night from nhs. All supported by doctor, physiotherapists and NHS hospitals.

A diagnosis will not automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award. Same for the new equipment you have. There's always some risk to reporting changes to your conditions.
