Evening . Had a bad start this morning with my anxiety. Eventually got better. But now it is starting all over again. Thank goodness is nightime so soon will be time to go to bed. And tomorrow will be another day. Hope you all have a good sleep. So goodnight.

I can relate to a lot of experiences people here have shared.
I have the most awful painful fibromyalia, fatigue, cold sensitivity, extreme fatigue and overwhelming anxiety. 💕
