Depressed
Yesterday was ok today see no light at end of tunnel they lost my documents in council I have to a hub thing Friday I can't face anything means have to go to bank and the hub library is where I grew up not good memories body dismorphia bad as seen I'm losing hair maybe all stress so now I'm trying not to over focus on my hair who wants to live like this is draining

No I emailed tenency but bank doesn't do documents by email and I'm useless taking photos and emailing them sounds silly but so overwhelming hope your well x

No my daughter works and lives hour away been so long since been to council didn't relize they don't give receipts anymore receptionists said its fine will put in house postbox sounds silly I will be awake for nights until Friday comes to sort it then I try not to worry if they ask about my spending or stop my rent I drive my daughter insane I always think I've done something wrong now this the crazies thought that they will think I'm illegal and my tenency fake I don't understand this myself I'm Scots Irish blood and ny tenency is mine and real
