hi I’m new here I don’t seem to be getting any answers from anyone so I thought I would try here so here goes
Last November 2023 I sent my questionnaire back to lcwra apparently I was on lcw so my universal credit has told me which I never knew anyway so from novemver till April I was waiting for my over the phone assessment which I had April 12th then June 12tg 2024 I had my letter to say that I have been given lcwra odviously I know that there is a waiting period I receive my first payment the 7th of November my question is am I due any back pay at all

As you were already found to have LCW then there's no waiting period. If this was a review started by UC and you didn't report any changes that prompted them to refer you then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
If the decision was made in June then I would have expected you to have received the extra money way before now.
Put a message onto your journal under the payment section and tell them that it was a review and you already had LCW before the review took place and there's no waiting period. Tell them that the extra money should have been from the assessment period in which the decision was made. (assuming it was a review started by them)

The first message showing on that is incorrect. The 2nd message from Gill is correct but you'll need to wait for a decision maker to make the decision. I don't know how long this will take. Once it's made a letter will be uploaded onto your journal.

If the decision was made on 12th June and your payment date is usually 7th of every month then your first payment would be 7th July 2024. Therefore they owe you for July, Aug, Sept and Oct.
