I get pip at the moment, I have just been diagnosed with Mythenia Gravis, can I apply for any further help.

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. Whether it's possible to score more points needed for an award will depend on exactly how your conditions affect you. A diagnosis also doesn't mean a worsening of condition.
If you report changes you will be sent another form to fill in and return and another assessment is most likely. Once a decision is made your award could either increase, decrease, remain the same or stop completely.

Unfortunately, a benefits calculator will not tell you if you're entitled to a higher PIP award.
