Im pension credit and recieve attendence allowance I'm 75 son is homeless but works would he have to pay my full rent I recieve housing benifit

As you receive attendance allowance, you are exempt from non dependant deductions in housing benefit.
This means you will still receive full housing benefit if he moves in.

Hey @Chanpagnecharlie, as Kimmy mentions since you receive Attendance Allowance your housing benefit shouldn't change. You may want to check with your Local Authority about your council tax as there can be different eligibility for reductions in different areas. It may not be changed at all but better to check!
