Back pay. How long does it take to be credited in to your bank account?

Hi,
Today I received letter UCD172 in PDF format from UC telling me that they owe some money. Does any one know how long this takes to be credited in to your bank account please?

Thereβs no time limit. A decision maker will need to adjust your statements and authorise the payment, as a guide give it 2 weeks but it can be longer.1

They should do yes. Just be aware that if you owe them money then they could use money owed to repay your debts. Thought it is worth noting.1

The UCD172 is the letter telling you how much they owe you so they would have already recalculated your past statements.Once the money is paid to you then it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.0

Yeah, I got the UCD 172 letter today (21/9/22) and was just wondering how long it takes from them telling you that they owe you money till the time it actually lands in your bank account.0
