Hi there all is there anybody on here who suffers with COPD or endometriosis or any kind of breathing difficulties. If there's any tips you find that helps you breath better or do you need help with any questions about this topic plz drop me a message thankyou

I don't have COPD or another kind of breathing difficulty, at least not since I had asthma as a kid. My partner has possible endometriosis but that causes her pain more than any breathing difficulties, does make it hard for her to get about sometimes of course.
I know when I was younger with asthma I was told to try and build up lung stamina by going out for walks as often as possible, and slowly make the walks longer and longer.
