Hi guys need some advise please. So I submitted my son's fit note in aug 4th his assessment was 5th November, he's entitled to the UC element due to his disability but I'm a little confused as to when he may receive a payment.

Was the decision LCW or LCWRA?
LCW pays no additional money.
For LCWRA there is a waiting period of 3 full assessment periods before that element is added to the next payment.
During that time no additional money is payable.
In order to help we will need to know the following:
The date the first Fit Note was given to UC
Were there any gaps in the Fit Notes?
His assessment period & payment dates.

UC updated today although it wasn't updated this morning.. my son's benefits are all upto date now.. thank you
