Yesterday I went to bed at 4.30pm in the afternoon and didn't wake up until around 9is this morning. If I'd have been on my own I might have still been asleep now .

You must have been worn out to sleep so well. Do you feel better for it? @Strawberry1 Take care.

I actually think my daughter is distancing herself from me . She's moved her boyfriend in with her and she hardly messages me now.

Hi @Bluebell21 , at the moment I'm thinking it was definitely needed. I am feeling ok at the moment. I hope you are reasonably alright and I hope you have a reasonable day. Take care ๐

Things might look brighter if my doctors didn't want to put me on a Waiting list to speak with someone about things . They are not being very helpful. It's on my records about my adhd but that's just pushed aside. To me they are useless

Boring, but also worrying slightly!! In the fact i now seem to be doing the mundane stuff like cleaning the bathroom (properly) on the same day, within the same time frame, and getting quite freaked out if it's not done like this?!?! ๐๐๐ฅ
