Hi what it is I missed placed my carers entitlement letter and I did request for them to send me a copy,how ling would it take for them to send it out?

Hi @emma85, welcome to the community. I'd imagine it might vary quite a lot depending on how busy they are in your area, but I hope some of our members will be able to share how long theirs took to come. How long ago did you request your letter?
