being told u had meet quotera for pip n then told fill form in….. im due to have same done….. try n remain calm (easy saying ) find a friend that knows you on daily day n ask her to help. get her to tell u how you get on being disabeled n how you cope day to day. dont pick day u are on cloud 9 n think ur invinsible, think n then write your worst day when cant get out bed. depressed n trying handle world…… person on other end phone dosnt know you ? dont know how u cope toilet, eating , going out, coping shopping ect…. tell her n tell how fewl on day to day……. wish u luck xxxx
