Is there any way I can get a copy of the wife's pip award letter without hanging on a pho0ne for 5 hours ?

Hello @JOHNMACK. It is possible to write to PIP but the quickest way for your wife to receive a copy is unfortunately to call them. If you call immediately at opening time it can be a little quicker to get through.
