LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in.
July/August : Partial AP, excluded from waiting period.
August/September: AP 1
September/October: AP2
October/November: AP 3
November/December: Eligible for LCWRA element.
A few more questions:
Do you have Transitional Protection or Carers Element on your claim?
Do you claim UC with a partner? If yes, do they get LCWRA?

no I don’t claim with anyone or receive another element can you just help me and tell me whether it’ll be December I get paid?

From my calculation it should be December.
The reason I asked those questions is depending on your answers, you might not have received any/much extra money.
As you are single and don't get TP or carers element, then your payment will go up by the LCWRA element which is £416.19.
