Council have registered a parking ticket which is invalid as no issue time on It. Registered with traffic enforcement centre and vehicle towed by enforcement agent. Are there any ways l can have this matter dealt with as an emergency so l can get my car back ? The council say contact the court and vice versa The enforcement agent say contact the council or court... l have no vehicle and cannot afford another hire car. Please help

    If you can't get anywhere with the bureaucracies concerned, I suggest that you contact your MP.
