I currently receive council tax support as am on employment support allowance. I‘M migrating to Universal Credit will I have to reapply eg (fill in a new claim form )for my council tax support to continue?.

No, you won’t have to reapply but they will recalculate your council tax reduction entitlement using your UC statement.
