PIP texts

Afternoon, I have received a message from the PIP department this morning saying we have not yet made a decision on your PIP claim. We will write to you when we have made a decision. Is this a bad sign?

Hello and welcome @TP08_Blan
No it's not a bad sign, it just means that a decision maker hasn't yet looked at your claim or made a decision. These messages are usually sent automatically after a certain amount of time has passed. Hopefully you won't be waiting too much longer.

Thank you. The wait has been difficult. I have been scrolling through lots of forums before I posted and some as saying if this text is received it normally ends positive as it’s in the final stages. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

It’s a standard text and doesn’t mean anything other than what it says.
