so, i had telephone RUSHED assesment. Couldnt understand anything they were saying and im sure they were sucking a sweet!! Yes its laughable!! Didnt give any time to answer questions and words were put into my mouth so not my truth on paper ( bearing in mind i need time to try and remember as i suffer brain fog) pushed onto the next question and rushed along again. As ive had time to think, is this even acceptable? Im so annoyed!!

No it's not acceptable. You can make a complaint to the assessment provider if you are unhappy with how you were treated.

this is terrible. How can we be treated like this. Will there be a transcript of the conversation they can sent to me? Im worried if i complain that it will be used sfainst me.

If the assessment wasn't recorded then there is nothing to get a transcript from.

The assessment report goes to DWP and the Decision Maker makes the final decision.

Complaining about the assessment to the assessment provider won't count against you.

If you are unhappy with the award and ask for the decision to be looked at again, an existing complaint about the assessment may help.

If you didn't ask for it to be recorded then it wouldn't have been. They are not automatically recorded.
