Winter fuel payments Scotland

The Winter Fuel Payment is for those of state pension age and above. This has now changed its name for those living in Scotland and is now called Pension Age Winter Heating Payment. See link

The Winter Heating Payment linked above is a separate payment to the pension age one, those of working age can also get that one if they qualify. Both are automatically paid.
