    i dont know that i'am really to re entry employment its be 20 years still I've had a paid job, i have been going on short courses and workshops over these years but noting became of IT, paintings and decorating, courses to help me back into a job and workshops to help my

    i"m of low self esteem, where can i go to help me

    I've had the same worries so can empathise. It does take it's toll sometimes.

    It's great you've tried a few different short courses to help identify something your passionate about. Is there any specific course that you've done and would like to proceed with? I found when I needed a change, that starting by identifying what makes you happy, really is the beginning step. And it's important you do these things at a pace that suits you. ☺️

    Are you speaking to anybody or any organisations at the moment about your self esteem? Don't worry if not, I can try to source some information that might help. I just wanted to check first, as I don't want to advise something if you've already done it.
