I cannot access my blue badge online application form. It keeps giving me this repeatedly. Any idea?

    Were you using gov.uk?

    There is a form to report website errors

    Have you been able to get this sorted? It’s asking you if you want to return to the existing application or start a new one. It means you may have started the application and saved it.

    unfortunately I can't help with the problem but I can relate to you disabled badges is an awful process.
