We're really excited to share that we've been nominated for two exciting awards!

Each one is using public votes to help them decide on the winners:

Slater and Gordon Charity of the Year Award

We’re thrilled to be one of 10 UK charities shortlisted as finalists for the Slater and Gordon Charity of the Year award. Winning this award could make a huge difference to our work, and we’d greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to vote for us.

To vote in this award you just need to enter your name and a valid email address.

2025 Smiley Charity Film Awards

We're excited that our brand spirit film, 'Don't Hold Back', has been nominated for a Smiley Charity Film Award. And we need your votes to help us get to the judging stage.

It is free to vote and it only takes a few clicks. To ensure that only 1 vote per film is counted, you need to enter your email address. This is simply to make sure that the voting process is fair.

I've watched the film at last!

My noise-cancelling headphones are very comforting as expressed in your short film.

(I can't work out which category Scope entered with Slater and Gordon or their voting deadline)

Smiley Charity Film Award - The public can vote for their favourite charity video by registering to vote during the public voting stage which opens on the 20th of November and closes on the 29th of January 2025.

Hello @WhatThe, thank you for the feedback.

For Slater and Gordon there is no specific category, it's for Charity of the Year and then Slater and Gordon offer year-round support with fundraising events and campaigns for the winning charity, so winning this could make a huge difference to Scope's work.

The closing date for votes is Wednesday 8 January.

Morgan, I'm having trouble registering for this vote (Smiley was simple). I will try again tonight.

Thank you for your vote everyone.

@WhatThe, you shouldn't need to register for the Slater and Gordon vote, it asks you to enter your name and email address, then make your charity selection. At the bottom there is a compulsory box to agree to their privacy policy, after ticking this the 'submit' button should allow you to press it.

    I hope that helps! 🙂
