Pip process question

Can I just ask you all please. As you know I've been declined for pip and have just posted off a letter uf M.R.I know that will also be rejected ( from what you are saying,so I've not got false hope). What happens from there. After they reject the M.R what is my process?

Hey @Jane315STARX the original link I gave you gives a full run down of the appeals process, but it's all very easy, so please try not to worry too much, I've just applied for my PIP tribunal, so I'm a bit ahead of you. Here it is again, just in case you lost the original link.

Wishing you well with your Tribunal.I don't know where you find the strength to go through it more than once or how they could even put you through it all again

Thanks @Jane315STARX honestly, the worst part is just the waiting, but I know how terrifying the unknown can be. It'll all be ok, just try and keep yourself occupied as dwelling on the tribunal wont do your mental health any good at all!

I have apparently been through a tribunal before as I found a letter amongst my notes from years ago about my esa.but I have absolutely no memory of it.it basically says it is now more favourable decision and you are awarded( very bizarre as I have absolutely no memory)

I honestly don't remember much about my first tribunal, I think my brain was protecting me from the stress. 😅
It may be a case of there was a tribunal, but you didn't attend or didnt need to attend, so they would've gone ahead without you as a paper based tribunal, which can happen.0 -
I don't know but it was years ago
