I applied gave detail of heart condition/arthritis from hips down plus in thumbs/diabetes/chronic back pain coz of arthritis sent my medication form got refused as l didn't need constant supervision and had a down stairs toilet.
Xmas I called neighbour as l couldn't stand or walk because of pain slept on sofa all over holiday crawled to toilet as couldn't stand
