Awaiting renewal decision

I completed a renewal form earlier in 2024 and my present pip payments are due to run out in Feb 2025. Should I be worried? They sent me a text around August saying they'd received the form but I haven't heard anything else from them yet so I am a bit anxious.

Waits for reviews are very long at the moment, around a year is not unusual.
If they don't complete it in time they will send out a letter extending your current award by another year, before February.
