The migration letter is telling you that you need to claim Universal Credit (UC) and not JSA. This is because all of the old legacy benefits such as Income Related ESA, JSA, Income Support, Tax credits and housing benefit are all ending.

If you're in the Support Group for ESA then you'll be entitled to the LCWRA element from the start of your claim. You will not need to provide fit notes or have another work capability assessment.

You must claim UC by the date in the letter otherwise your benefits will stop. Once you submit a claim for UC and Income Related ESA and housing benefit (if you claim that) will continue for 2 weeks and then stop.

UC is one benefit made up of many different elements, which is paid monthly.

If you have any further questions please do ask.

@mpminx, can I ask how long you have claimed ESA and is it definitely a migration letter? I was reading your post and wondered if it's possible that it's an old style 'your ESA is ending' after serving a year on WRAG letter, rather than a UC migration letter?
