Only a court can evict you and it's a long process.
You won't get any help from local authority if you voluntarily move out, as you will be deemed to have made yourself intentionally homeless.

Thanks for your quick response
Do i have to tell my council?
Do i have to take home to court?

When a fixed term tenancy agreement comes to an end it will automatically become a rolling/periodic tenancy. You do not need to sign a further tenancy agreement. See link
Take him to court? What for exactly please?

The council won't be able to help until baliffs arrive to evict you, but it's worth speaking to them at this point for advice.
You don't need to take anyone to court.
You need to make sure the landlord follows the proper legal process to regain their property via court action against you, as outlined in the Shelter link I gave.
You could also speak to Shelter so they can advise you of what you need to do.
